It happens again and again that ants leave their natural habitat and invade human living spaces. While they tamper with garden furniture on terraces and outside the house, they can help themselves to our food inside the house as well. Ants also penetrate insulation materials, floors or walls and can cause major damage in a short time. If an infestation has occurred in and around the house, the ant bait box is an effective remedy. Application:
Indoors (living rooms, cellars etc.): Place 1 - 2 bait boxes per 10 m2 on ant trails.
Outdoor area (terrace, balcony etc.): Place 1 bait box in front of the nest entrance (protect from rain and direct sunlight).
In case of particularly heavy infestation, it is recommended to use several bait cans or to reapply after a break of 3 - 4 weeks. The ARDAP ant bait can is ready for use in just a few steps and is characterised by a reliable and very targeted application:
- Remove the bait box from the packaging. Press the caps in and then remove them. The ants can run into the openings created in this way and take up the bait with the active ingredient.
- Note the date of activation in the space provided on this packaging (the contents of a bait tin are effective for up to 4 weeks).
- Place the bait box on ant trails or in front of nest entrances as indicated.
- After only a few days, the nest of various ant species is extinct (e.g. pharaoh ant, lawn ant, thick-headed ant). Nests of the black-grey path ant can be successfully controlled within 2 - 3 weeks.
