Quiko Hobby Farming Vitacombex H Multivitamin Juice can simply be mixed with the feed or added to the drinking water.

Supplementary feed for chickens and poultry
Shake before use. Mix 10 ml (1 tablespoon) of Vitacombex H with 1 liter of drinking water or with 1 kg of feed.
