Simply add the desired product to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout and complete the ordering process step by step.

We accept the following payment options: PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, purchase on account (Klarna), EPS transfer, Union Pay.

We deliver within Germany and to Austria.

Shipping costs within Germany are €5.99 per order. Delivery is free for orders over €30.00. Shipping costs for Austria are €14.99 per order for orders up to 31.5 kg.

Delivery times are typically 1–3 business days within Germany. International deliveries may take longer.

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Please use our cancellation form or contact our customer service.

In the event of a cancellation, you will bear the direct cost of returning the item. If the delivery is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.

After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will usually be made within 7 working days via the originally selected payment method.
